  My washing machine broke down one night, and when I contacted Mr. Appliance the following morning, they came out the same day and had it completely fixed by the afternoon. From the very beginning, the customer service representative was so friendly and understanding of my situation. After talking to her, I only waited a few hours for the technicians to come out to my home. They were super nice and easy to talk to, and they explained all issues and solutions so well. They were so thorough in their evaluation of my washing machine and even recommended new stainless steel hoses since my old ones appeared to be leaking. They took the time to tell me what went wrong and talk to me about how to prevent the issue from happening again. For someone like me who knows nothing about appliances, I felt like I was in the best hands. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone. Their team is first class. Keep up the great work guys!
